Magnolia Quarter Horses currently has several mares in its active broodmare program. More on each mares bloodline and photos of their foals are found on their individual page. The ultimate goal of MQH is to breed, train and sell a weanling or yearling which has been shown in halter and can later go on and perform in many events including pleasure, trails, team penning, barrels and poles or hunt seat. Even if a foal can never halter as a weanling, it is handled and trained in the same manner as one which does compete in halter events.

FOR SALE: quarter horse mare, JJ Rap

Rap N Rodney x Tee Jay Supreme
JJ is my best long-term producing mare. She has never been shown but is an excellent riding mare and produces foals which are genetically engineered to be diverse. Just look at her pedigree: Her bloodline includes REYNOLDS RAP (AQHA Halter Champion, Superior Halter, ROM Pleasure, Reining and Hunter Under Saddle points); SONNY DEE BAR (Superior Halter, Performance ROM, Pleasure points); and TEE JAY ROMAN (AQHA Champion @ halter, Pleasure, Heading and Heeling and Hunter Under Saddle points); the legendary Montleon and her own sire Rap N Rodney with HUS points. JJ is an easy breeder and foaler. See her 2006 buckskin filly, Skips Bo Smashing, on the Sale Barn page. JJ is in foal for a January 2009 foal by Skippa Sweet Star, multiple world champion producer and palomino stallion. The foal will be KY BIF eligible.

Niftyrearview.jpg (17246 bytes) NifTe
We call her Nifty and she is superb. A proven producer with royal bloodlines. An own daughter of Obvious Conclusion and on the bottom side out of a daughter of Te N Te with Two Eyed Jack and Jackie Bee breeding. Never been shown due to the tips of her ears frostbitten off at birth. Nifty stands 15.3 and weighs 1350 pounds of pure muscle. Liver Chestnut. She is N/H but not symptomatic. Very easy to handle, easy keeper, great mother and superb breeder. See her 2006 liver chestnut filly, Skips Bo J Lo, on the Get Show Results page. I put 11 points on J Lo in 2007.

Nifty foaled the last Skips Bo Bid foal in January 2008. She had a palomino stud colt and will be bred in late February to The Finest Mocha, a KY BIF eligible stallion. I will sell this mare bred to Mocha. Serious inquiries only, please.

Her last foal,, Mr Jet Black Mac, a true black with two white stockings and a wide white blaze, can be seen on the sale barn page.
